As head of Global Industries, Charley is responsible for shaping CGI’s strategy for issues facing global industries across the commercial sector. In this role, she and her team of industry experts support CGI’s operations by bringing forward industry- and cross-industry best practices, capabilities and client success stories.

Prior to her current role, Charley held numerous leadership positions within CGI, including as head of the banking sector for our Swedish operations. She also held marketing leadership positions for Scandinavia and across global media relations.

Director, Consulting Expert - Artificial Intelligence and Quantum Computing

Curtis Nybo is a data scientist focused on research and development of artificial intelligence applications. A large part of his role involves developing in-depth technical solutions for clients across all industries. Curtis leverages more than 10 years’ experience in both industry and academics directly related to artificial intelligence, machine learning, and mathematics/ physics.Curtis also chairs a global quantum computing community of practice at CGI, comprising of an international team focused on delivering quantum breakthroughs.

Curtis has a Master of Quantitative Finance and is completing another master's degree in astrophysics. His MSc Quant. Finance thesis research focused on using neural networks to predict stock sector volatility, in comparison to the performance of the standard ARCH models. 

Daren is Vice-President in CGI’s UK Insurance business and leads the Business, Technology and Innovation consulting team. The team consists of experienced industry, product and technology experts, providing advisory on insurance digital business and technology strategy, insurance industry and technology insights, future operating model and architecture design, and human-centered innovation and design.

With over 25 years of insurance industry experience working directly for leading insurance organizations in the London and General Insurance markets, Daren has spent the last ten years in consulting and systems integration. He delivers business-led IT strategy and application architecture, with a focus on developing digital transformation strategies and leveraging emerging technologies to modernize and transform business models to produce improved business outcomes and competitive advantage.

Diane Gutiw PhD leads the AI Research Center in CGI's Global AI Enablement Center of Expertise, responsible for establishing CGI’s position on applied AI offerings and thought leadership.

Previously, Diane was responsible for Analytics, AI and Machine Learning for CGI in Canada, leading a team of data scientists and data architects in supporting organizations implementing big data solutions. She holds a PhD in Medical Information Technology Management where she conducted doctoral research on medical AI/expert system solution modeling and adoption. Diane has also led collaborative strategy design and implementation planning for advanced analytics and AI for large organizations in energy and utilities, railway, and government / healthcare sectors. 

Fred Miskawi leads the AI Innovation Expert Services in CGI’s AI Enablement Center of Expertise. He is responsible for connecting CGI’s coalition of applied AI experts in CGI Innovation Centers and emerging technology practices. 

With expertise spanning AI, human-centered design and agile delivery, Fred has been advising clients for more than 20 years on how to build and innovate robust and responsible ecosystems that deliver ROI-led transformation— stressing the importance of human judgment and oversight in transformations.

Fred sees AI models as an opportunity to augment human capabilities, not replace them. His specialty areas include guiding clients on the safe adoption of generative models, computer vision applications, cloud-based AI platforms, and proving value before scaling. He thrives when collaborating with cross-functional teams to evolve AI maturity in a thoughtful, staged manner.

As the Global Industry Lead for manufacturing, Helena Jochberger is responsible for the strategic design, development and direction of CGI’s global manufacturing portfolio. In this role, she supports client relationship development, drives decision-making on industry strategies at both the global and local levels, steers investments in growth areas and solutions, and engages with senior client executives to accelerate CGI business units’ growth plans. A certified design-thinking facilitator, Helena is highly experienced in digital transformation and change management and is a thought leader on these topics.

Lukas Krappmann has been with CGI since 2019 and has already been deployed in various roles for various customer projects within the manufacturing industry. His main focus is on data, cloud, IoT (Internet of Things) and solution architecture.

Since 2020, Lukas has also been the Technical Director of the Innovation

Technology Campus, where he serves as the contact person for technical topics for the approximately 30 employees. Under his leadership, numerous IT projects in the areas of Microsoft Teams, Cloud, AI and employee development have also been implemented and rolled out in regions including Europe, Scandinavia, the US and Canada.

Peter Warren is CGI’s global industry lead for energy and utilities. In this role, he works with local business units helping to advance the transformation of oil, gas, and renewables firms, as well as electricity, gas and water utilities across the globe. Peter has 30 years of energy industry experience, with deep expertise in business development and industry solutions.

Torsten Bernström has been part of IT services industry since the mid-1990s, serving in numerous business and project management roles for both the commercial and public sector industries. At CGI, he is the Global Industry Lead for the Defense & intelligence sector. Torsten also leads the defense and security team within Sweden, providing services to the armed forces, the Swedish Defence Materiel Administration (FMV), and other authorities linked to national security.

Torsten has a degree in economics from the Stockholm School of Economics and attended the Swedish Defense University and the NATO Defense College.
